Beyond Prompt AI Studio

Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions that come up most often before working together.

What exactly does Beyond Prompt AI Studio do?

Beyond Prompt AI Studio is a Berlin-based applied AI studio run by Daniel Steuer. It turns ideas, manual processes and AI potential into working MVPs, automations and custom digital applications – from analysis to prototype to implementation.

How fast can a first prototype or MVP be built?

Given available capacity, first MVPs, prototypes, websites or shops can often be built within 1–2 focused weeks. This is a way of working, not a guarantee – the exact timeframe depends on scope and requirements.

How much does a project cost?

Pricing depends on scope and goals. The usual entry point is a focused sprint with a clearly defined outcome. We clarify the right scope in a free first conversation – best via the contact form.

Who is Beyond Prompt a good fit for?

Mid-sized companies with manual processes, startups needing an MVP, and agencies looking for a technical implementation partner. Less suited: large enterprise projects, 24/7 maintenance, specialized cybersecurity consulting or pure design projects.

Which technologies and tools are used?

Beyond Prompt uses AI where it creates real value and combines it with automation and software development. Typical work includes automations for quotes, leads, CRM, reporting, documents and Shopify back office, as well as custom applications, dashboards, websites and shops.

Does Daniel work remotely or on-site?

Beyond Prompt is based in Berlin and works remotely – collaboration across Germany and the wider DACH region is straightforward.

Who owns the code and the results?

You do. All deliverables, code and access created during the project become fully yours once the work is completed and paid for. There's no lock-in to proprietary black boxes – you keep full control.

Do you work confidentially? Is an NDA possible?

Yes. Confidentiality is a given, and a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) can be signed before the project starts. Sensitive data and ideas are handled with appropriate care.

Is there support and maintenance after the project?

On request, yes. After delivery, occasional support, further development or lightweight ongoing care is possible. What Beyond Prompt deliberately does not offer is classic 24/7 enterprise maintenance – there are better-suited partners for that.

What happens if the prototype doesn't work?

That's exactly what the focused sprint is for: finding out quickly, with limited investment, whether an idea holds up. Even a clear "not like this, but like that" is a valuable outcome – you make your next decision based on facts rather than assumptions, not after a large, risky investment.
