Automation Build

Recurring handwork disappears, your tools talk to each other – and your team gets time back.

An Automation Build connects your existing tools and systems and automates recurring workflows such as quotes, leads, CRM, reporting or back office – complemented by AI-assisted steps where useful.

A fit for you if
Recurring manual workflows like quotes, leads or reporting cost too much time and your tools don't talk to each other.
Typical starting point
Data gets transferred between systems by hand, errors creep in, and the team loses time to busywork instead of more important tasks.
What I actually do
I connect your existing systems, automate the recurring workflows, and add AI-assisted steps where it makes sense.
Result
A reliable, automated flow instead of manual busywork – documented and transparent.
Duration & format
Project window depends on the scope of systems and workflows to connect – scoped together in the first conversation.
Example project
For example an automated tax cockpit or a fund cockpit – see the reference projects.

Manual, repetitive workflows are rarely spectacular, but they cost time every day: copying quotes together from building blocks, transferring leads into the CRM by hand, rebuilding reports, keeping orders up to date in the back office. Because the tools aren't cleanly connected, work gets duplicated – and every manual transfer lets errors creep in.

An Automation Build starts right here. Your systems are connected and the recurring workflows automated, so data lands where it's needed – without copy-paste. Where it makes sense, AI is added, for example to read documents or structure content. The result is a reliable flow instead of manual busywork.

What you get

  • Automated workflows for specific processes (e.g. quotes, leads, reporting)
  • Clean connections between your existing tools and systems
  • Where useful: AI-assisted steps such as document reading or data structuring
  • Where AI makes sense, I also check the most cost-efficient way to add it – instead of defaulting to the most expensive connection
  • Fewer transfer errors and more reliable numbers in day-to-day work
  • Documentation of the workflows, so it stays clear what is automated and how

How it runs

  1. Step 1

    Analyze

We look at the current workflow and identify the time-consuming manual steps.

  2. Step 2

    Design

We define which steps get automated and which tools get connected.

  3. Step 3

    Build

We build the automation and the necessary connections between the systems.

  4. Step 4

    Test & handover

We test the flow with real data and hand it over documented.

A fit if

  • You transfer a lot of data by hand between tools that don't talk to each other
  • Recurring tasks like quotes, reports or CRM upkeep tie up too much time
  • Manual transfer regularly leads to errors or outdated data
  • You want to streamline Shopify back office, reporting or lead processes

FAQ

Which tools and systems can be connected?

Usually anything that offers an interface (API) or an exportable data set – from CRM and shop systems like Shopify to spreadsheets and documents to internal tools. Which connections are possible and sensible in your case, we clarify based on your specific tool landscape in the first conversation.

What if we don't have a proper CRM or system yet?

That's no obstacle. Automation also works with spreadsheets, email inboxes or individual tools as a starting point. If it makes sense, a lightweight system or dashboard can be added as part of the project – without you having to build a large software landscape first.

Is it reliable, or does it break on the first edge case?

Automations are tested with real data before they go live and built to handle the typical edge cases. Nothing can be ruled out entirely, which is why the flow stays transparently documented and built so that adjustments are possible when your processes change.

Does AI integration automatically mean ongoing extra costs?

No. Where it fits – usually for internally used steps with a manageable number of users – AI can often be added cost-efficiently, with no expensive ongoing extra costs. Whether that path makes sense for your case, or a fully integrated connection is needed, I check individually before anything is built.
